Customers with existing open accounts will be invoiced when the product is shipped.

We accept all major credit cards and all debit cards, but at this time we do not ask for this information online. After placing your order you will be contacted for billing information.

You must have an online ordering account before completion of an order. Online ordering accounts are not open charge accounts and does not imply an acceptance of an application for credit or an extension thereof. How We Ship

Orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct otherwise. Federal Express charges $8.50 fee for COD orders.
Rush delivery service is available via Fed Ex Overnight©, Fed Ex 2Day©, and Fed Ex Express Saver© at a charge greater than ground service.
Please remember that most rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges.
Delivery days are based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays).

Returns
Manufacturer's defects will be replaced when the merchandise is returned to our quality control department. Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been misused will not be replaced. Balloons that have been punctured or cut will not be replaced.

Please ask for our customer service department to receive a return authorization number for all returns.

Damaged merchandise will be replaced, but no credit or refund will be issued on any other items.
